To Kill A Mockingbird #1 Perspective Burris Ewell

It was my first day of first grade at school. My teacher was Miss Caroline, it did not take me very long to tell that she was very annoying. Today was my first and only day of school. My family and I only go to school one day of the school year, and that is the first day. Miss Caroline was one of those teachers that I knew I had to put my foot down before she did, so i decided right out of the shoot to be as tough as possible. I don`t even know how all the other kids can make it through the entire school year with teachers like Miss Caroline.

Right when I arrived at the school, and Miss Caroline and I met, And she said I had cooties and was dirty I just wanted to lay my fist in her face. I mean she thinks she can boss me around and tell me to go home and take a bath. No one can boss me around Burris Ewell is a man of himself. She told me to go wash with lye soap. What the heck is lye soap? Everyone thought I had poopworms because my neck was a dark grey color, my fingernails are black into the quick, and the back of my hands are rusty like the a 1815 chevey. After Miss Caroline told me to go home and bathe I wanted to just walk out of the classroom, but I couldnt go out letting her win, so I told her that she wasnt kicking me out I was leaving.

Im pretty sure everyone in that class hates me, maybe even the entire school. The thing we have in common is I hate them too! Little chuck is the only person who in a way stood up for me, and when Miss Caroline grabbed my arm he said that wasnt a good idea, and he was right.
